These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this Website and your enrollment in the SMS marketing and transactional messaging programs operated by Jason Moseley Real Estate, operating under RealtyONE Group Reveal, Brokerage (collectively, "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing our Website, requesting our real estate guides, or opting into our text messaging programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Program Description & SMS Service
Jason Moseley Real Estate sends automated and manual text messages to local homeowners and prospective buyers who have explicitly opted-in to receive real estate market statistics, home evaluation updates, promotional materials, and direct-response moving guides (such as our Coordinate-Move Timeline Guide).
Messages are sent to help coordinate transactions, deliver requested digital assets, and provide professional real estate advisory services in the Durham Region.
2. How Consent is Obtained (Opt-In)
Users consent to receive SMS messages from us through two explicit methods:

Keyword Opt-In: By physically texting the keyword "MOVEUP" (or other advertised keywords) from their mobile device to our dedicated local phone number.

Web Form Opt-In: By entering their mobile phone number into any submission form on our Website and checking the un-pre-checked consent box.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.
3. How to Opt-Out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text the word "STOP" to our phone number.
After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been successfully unsubscribed. After this confirmation message, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up or text "MOVEUP" as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
4. How to Get Help (HELP)

5. Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies based on user interaction, local market activity, and your specific real estate timeline requests. We do not spam.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and us to you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
6. Supported Wireless Carriers
Our messaging program is compatible with all major Canadian and US wireless carriers (including but not limited to Rogers, Bell, Telus, Fido, Virgin Plus, Koodo, Freedom Mobile, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy and Data Sharing
We value your privacy. All customer data collected through our SMS program is handled strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at www.homeoftheguarantee.com/privacy.
No mobile information or SMS opt-in data will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
